The COTI Ambassador program offers clear paths for advancement through dedication and achievement. Pioneers have the opportunity to advance to Accelerators, and Accelerators to Leaders. Performance is evaluated through a combination of documented achievements, peer feedback, and measurable impact on the ecosystem. We use industry-standard tools to track contributions and maintain transparency in the evaluation process. Business development success, community growth, and leadership qualities are key factors in advancement decisions.
Candidates with significant experience in Web3, business development, or community leadership may qualify to enter directly at the Accelerator tier.
Strong understanding of blockchain and privacy technology
Business development experience (especially for higher tiers)
Fluency in strategically important languages
Active involvement in Web3 communities
Professional communication skills
