The Ambassador program centers on three key pillars that drive COTI’s ecosystem growth:

## The COTI Ambassador Roles <a href="#id-1860" id="id-1860"></a>

The program introduces three tiers, each representing increasing levels of responsibility and opportunity:

Our tiered approach ensures clear progression paths while recognizing and rewarding contributions at every level. Ambassadors can advance through dedication, achievement, and consistent positive impact on the ecosystem.

## Ambassador Growth Opportunities and Evaluation <a href="#e851" id="e851"></a>

The COTI Ambassador program offers clear paths for advancement through dedication and achievement. Pioneers have the opportunity to advance to Accelerators, and Accelerators to Leaders. Performance is evaluated through a combination of documented achievements, peer feedback, and measurable impact on the ecosystem. We use industry-standard tools to track contributions and maintain transparency in the evaluation process. Business development success, community growth, and leadership qualities are key factors in advancement decisions.

Candidates with significant experience in Web3, business development, or community leadership may qualify to enter directly at the Accelerator tier.
