Troubleshooting

Make sure to setup Monitoring to be notified, when there is problem with your node.

You can also check the status of your node at Innuvonode's node statistics website (make sure to check "include offline nodes" and then search for your node by using the search field):

• https://coti-stats.innovunode.io/testnet (for testnet nodes)

• https://coti-stats.innovunode.io/mainnet (for mainnet nodes)

A first easy fix for a problem with your node is to restart it:

Connect to your node and run the following code:

sudo systemctl restart cnode

You can also try rebooting your server.

sudo reboot

You may also try upgrading to the latest version or reinstalling the latest version (which works the same way as upgrading)
